The High-Performance Foundation exists to enable young people, no matter their background, to write their own story and believe it’s within.
As part of that mission, the Foundation has launched The High-Performance Teacher — a new podcast celebrating and supporting educators who inspire excellence in others while continuing to grow themselves.
The team at The High-Performance Teacher approached PSE to create the brand identity and digital launch toolkit. The brief was to build a distinctive identity that connects to the High-Performance Foundation while establishing its own confident and purposeful voice.

At the centre of the creative sits The Asterisk, a universal symbol used in teaching to highlight, explain, and elaborate. It became the perfect hero graphic, representing clarity, focus, and guidance. Around it, PSE developed a flexible design system for digital storytelling, with purposeful typography, high-contrast layouts, and dynamic compositions that reflect the qualities of educators and the spirit of the Foundation.
The result is a confident, modern identity that celebrates educators, reinforces the High-Performance Foundation’s values, and elevates their stories with clarity and purpose.
